John Nardolillo

Artistic Director, Conductor

A founding force behind Prague Summer Nights, John Nardolillo has shaped the festival’s artistic vision since its inception in 2015 and continues to guide its growth as Artistic Director. Working in close partnership with Classical Movements, he has helped develop PSN into an internationally recognized training program that brings young artists to historic Czech venues and fosters collaborations with major European orchestras and institutions. Nardolillo also serves as Director of Orchestras at the University of Kentucky. His guest conducting appearances include the San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Detroit, Atlanta, and Utah symphonies, the National Symphony and the Boston Pops, among others, and he has collaborated with soloists such as Itzhak Perlman, Lang Lang, Joshua Bell, Gil Shaham, Sarah Chang, and Lynn Harrell. At PSN 2026, he conducts most of the symphonic performances—including Tábor and Prague—and leads the fully staged production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni.
